Job Description
The Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various functions, while collaborating closely with customers to ensure long-term value and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to improve processes
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement process automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Experience with Supply Chain processes.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish, English, and German.
- Ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
