Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis Process Mining technology to analyze and optimize business processes across various domains, utilizing data modeling, SQL, and machine learning to deliver value and drive digital transformation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, execution apps, and incorporate Machine Learning or Task Mining to automate and visualize processes
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present key KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve processes
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Must be located in Washington DC, New York City, or Raleigh.
- Must have 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Must have relevant experience in Public Sector vertical.
- Requires Active Security Clearance that will remain active for at least 18 months upon hire.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Must have successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
