Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis Process Mining solutions, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various domains, ultimately driving digital transformation and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design innovative analyses and operational apps, incorporating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Process Automation technology to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Ensure customer enablement for ongoing process optimization and long-term value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
