Job Description
The Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation for clients by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and AI/ML technologies, and optimizing business processes across various functions to maximize value and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design analyses and operational apps, incorporating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Process Automation technology to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in French and English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
