Job Description
The role involves designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform to optimize customer business processes, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative automation and AI-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs using Process Intelligence platform, Python, LLM-based architectures, RAG, and Machine Learning models
- Present and align the value of Celonis AI solutions to C-level stakeholders and integrate with enterprise AI strategies
- Identify and package high-impact AI use cases into scalable, repeatable offerings
- Lead technical roadmaps and execute pilot-to-production deployment for AI Lighthouse projects
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to influence AI product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories
- Design and architect end-to-end deployments integrating AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex IT landscapes
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
