Job Description
The Knowledge Management Analyst supports the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies and systems across the organization, working to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency through cross-functional projects and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and initiatives.
- Support the rollout of KM solutions and establish a global Knowledge Governance Model.
- Develop standardized processes for knowledge creation, tagging, storage, and access.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align KM objectives and initiatives.
- Lead KM projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Create training programs and onboarding frameworks to promote KM best practices.
- Monitor and analyze KM system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance knowledge discovery, sharing, and maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, operations and reporting in Knowledge Management, with consulting experience being a strong plus.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the globe.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance Knowledge Management processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
