Job Description
Support the Business Development team at Celonis by engaging in account research, prospecting, and cold calling to generate sales opportunities and contribute to the company's growth in Process Intelligence and AI-driven business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Conduct account research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Assist in managing prospects through the sales cycle.
- Present progress and sales results to sales leaders to drive growth.
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
- Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Native or equivalent proficiency in German
- Business proficiency in English
- Bring 6 months of full-time availability from July or September 2026
