Job Description
An internship role supporting payroll and HR administration processes for Germany within a global SaaS company, providing hands-on experience in payroll operations, data analysis, and process improvement while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform payroll administrative tasks with accurate data entry
- Monitor and manage payroll tickets using ServiceNow
- Maintain and archive employee payroll files for compliance
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports in Excel
- Assist in updating and maintaining payroll process documentation
Requirements
- A Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or any relatable program
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the payroll area
- Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
