Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Marketing Production & Creative Operations team at Celonis.
Key Responsibilities
- A 6-month full-time internship with real ownership and meaningful work from day one
- Direct exposure to how a global B2B tech company manages creative production at scale
- A collaborative and international team that values initiative and good ideas
- Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Wistia and Monday.com work management
- Mentoring and regular feedback to support your professional development
Requirements
- Enrolled Student of marketing/business studies to get real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
- A basic understanding of digital tools and platforms – you're comfortable navigating new software and learning quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy bringing structure to complexity
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn; you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
- Experience with digital asset management tools (e.g., AEM, Wistia, Bynder, Canto, or similar) is a plus, but not required
- A background or interest in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is welcome
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Located in Madrid an able to work one-site from the Celonis Office in Madrid
- Full-time availability (40h/week) for 6 months
