A basic understanding of digital tools and platforms – you're comfortable navigating new software and learning quickly

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy bringing structure to complexity

A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn; you don't wait to be told what to do next

Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team

Experience with digital asset management tools (e.g., AEM, Wistia, Bynder, Canto, or similar) is a plus, but not required

A background or interest in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is welcome

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Located in Madrid an able to work one-site from the Celonis Office in Madrid

Full-time availability (40h/week) for 6 months
