Job Description
This role involves supporting the business development team by conducting account research, prospecting potential customers through cold calling and outreach, and helping to drive sales growth within the company's Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify source key decision makers within target companies
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team
- Nurture early-stage opportunities
- Present and report progress to sales leaders
Requirements
- Work in a structured manner with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Ability to support and work alongside an international team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives
- At least 6 months of full-time availability for the role
- Native or equivalent proficiency in German
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willingness to engage in account research, strategic prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social strategies
- Support and support the internal account team in identifying source key decision makers within target companies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for the field sales team
- Present and report progress to Sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results
