Job Description
The Head of Industry - Retail CPG at Celonis is responsible for leading the strategy, vision, and execution of the Retail CPG Industry Practice, building and scaling software solutions to address industry-specific challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to drive innovation and impact in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the Retail CPG Industry Practice.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, AI, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their business strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to inform product development based on customer feedback.
- Identify and package scalable use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings.
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy Retail CPG solutions.
Requirements
- Proven record of building and leading a cross-functional team building software solutions against strategic Retail CPG industry problems
- High degree of entrepreneurship with experience of building in a 0 - 1 environment
- Excellence in public speaking and external presentation
- Proven experience developing software solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for a wide array of stakeholders from the board room to the end user
