Job Description
The Head of Banking Industry Solutions at Celonis is responsible for leading the strategy, vision, and execution of the company's Banking Industry Practice, building and scaling software solutions that address critical banking processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to drive industry-specific innovation and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Banking Industry Practice.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, AI, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their business strategies.
- Work with product, engineering, and GTM teams to inform product development based on customer feedback.
- Identify and package scalable use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings.
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy banking solutions.
Requirements
- Proven record of building and leading a cross-functional team building software solutions against strategic banking problems
- High degree of entrepreneurship with experience of building in a 0 - 1 environment
- Excellence in public speaking and external presentation
- Proven experience developing software solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for a wide array of stakeholders from the board room to the end user

Base salary range: $195,000 - $229,000 USD
