Job Description
The role involves supporting and executing global events for Celonis, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management, to create engaging experiences that showcase the company's Process Intelligence and AI technologies. It requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple workstreams for the Celosphere conference from planning to execution
- Manage and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
- Drive and own specific internal projects related to event planning and execution
- Optimize and document event processes, and report on success metrics
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
Requirements
- Ideally prior experience in marketing or event management
- Strong communication skills coordinating and engaging with multiple stakeholders on projects
- A strong sense of ownership for your initiatives, projects, and goals
- The agility and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders at a high-growth company on the cutting edge of AI technology
- Ability to be a calm, decisive operator on show days to prioritize, communicate, and solve problems quickly with minimal disruption
- Ability and willingness to travel in order to be on-site for major events
- Availability for a duration of 6-12 months
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Student of Marketing, Events or comparable (preferably)
- Excellent skills in communication and focused execution
- Experience in managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Proven ability to optimize and document processes and report against success metrics
