Job Description
The role involves supporting demand generation activities and localizing marketing campaigns for Celonis in the Iberia LATAM region, including organizing events, executing digital and account-based marketing strategies, and collaborating with regional sales and marketing teams to promote the company's process mining technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of demand generation programs across the Iberia LATAM region.
- Assist in planning, creating, and localizing marketing assets and campaigns in Spanish and other languages.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to execute digital and event-based campaigns.
- Work with sales and partner teams to promote marketing programs and follow up on leads.
- Support the organization and execution of flagship events, round tables, and industry campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of full-time availability for the internship role.
- Support the execution of the demand generation plan by helping implement and localize global persona campaigns and local initiatives that contribute to a multi-channel marketing strategy including events (digital or physical), account-based marketing, partner marketing co-sell and thru, email campaigns, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing, and reference marketing.
- Assist in the localization of assets to Spanish and ideally one other language (French or Italian), including reviewing, adapting, or creating copy for campaigns, events, and programs in the regions.
- Collaborate closely with the global digital marketing team to support the execution of campaigns in Spanish via digital channels such as email and LinkedIn, and work with global programs to execute local versions of global campaigns in the region.
- Work with the corporate marketing teams to ensure message and brand consistency by localizing, adapting, and executing corporate campaigns.
- Work closely with regional sales and partner teams to execute, promote, and follow up on marketing programs.
- Collaborate with regional peers, share best practices, and align with extended marketing teams.
- Have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration or comparable field.
- Already have gained experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Have some experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot.
- Proactively enjoy creative work, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, and demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
- Be characterized by engagement, vision, and a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Language requirements include proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
