Job Description
The internship involves supporting demand generation activities for Celonis in India, including executing marketing campaigns, organizing events, localizing marketing assets, and collaborating with regional teams to promote the company's process mining technology and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and localization of demand generation programs across multiple channels including events, digital campaigns, and account-based marketing.
- Assist in organizing and supporting flagship events and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt and implement campaigns and assets.
- Work closely with sales and partner teams to promote marketing programs and follow up on leads.
- Track budgets, support post-activity reporting, and ensure data hygiene.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of full-time availability for the internship role, with a 40-hour work week.
- Support the execution of the demand generation plan by helping implement and localize global persona campaigns and local initiatives that contribute to a multi-channel marketing strategy including events, account-based marketing, partner marketing, email campaigns, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing, and reference marketing.
- Assist in the localization of assets, reviewing, adapting, or creating copy for campaigns, events, and programs in the regions.
- Collaborate closely with the global digital marketing team to support the execution of campaigns in Spanish via digital channels such as email and LinkedIn, and work with global programs to execute local versions of global campaigns.
- Work with the corporate marketing teams to ensure message and brand consistency in localizing, adapting, and executing corporate campaigns.
- Work closely with regional sales and partner teams to execute, promote, and follow up on marketing programs.
- Collaborate with regional peers, share best practices, and align with extended marketing teams.
- Work closely with the India Marketing Lead to track budgets and executed activities.
- Support the creation of post-activity reports and ensure strong data hygiene.
- Have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Have gained experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Have some experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot.
- Possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
- Be proactive, enjoy creative work, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Be characterized by being very engaged and visionary, with a desire to actively drive Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Be proficient in English language skills.
