The role involves serving as a strategic technical advisor to C-level executives, leading enterprise modernization initiatives, and driving innovation through emerging technologies like AI and process intelligence to help clients transform their business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning strategic goals with technical vision
Lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy for large global accounts
Architect solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to address enterprise challenges
Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and strategic upselling in collaboration with sales teams
Provide feedback to product engineering teams to shape future product offerings
Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations to establish thought leadership
Requirements
15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or as Director or VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation
Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value
Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and a robust understanding of Agentic AI
Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demonstrations
Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of at least one ERP system such as SAP or Oracle, or strong domain expertise in highly regulated industries like Financial Services
MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field
Experience across at least two domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) and two industries (e.g., Pharma, Banking, Aerospace)
Certifications in TOGAF, Zachmann, AWS, Azure, GCP, and ESB ETL tools such as Mulesoft or Informatica
