Job Description
The role involves leading a team of engineers in developing and scaling advanced process mining and AI-driven SaaS products, providing technical guidance, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the performance and execution of the engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to the team’s technical scope
- Foster a healthy team culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on goals, strategies, and initiatives
- Prioritize initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and supporting team members' career growth
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with experience in building, leading, or operating large-scale, reliable resilient distributed systems.
- Expertise in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience with database solutions like Spark and Starrocks.
- Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Proven track record in people management, including fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture, mentoring, and coaching to facilitate high performance and career growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, such as product management and business teams, to define vision, goals, and prioritize initiatives.
- Ability to effectively work with global teams across different time zones.
- Dedication to addressing the evolving needs of engineering teams and a focus on engineering and process excellence.
- Experience in managing teams closely engaged with customers.

Base salary range: $212,000 - $285,000 USD
