Job Description
The role involves leading the design and delivery of scalable, innovative process management solutions within the Celonis platform, guiding engineering teams, and driving strategic product development to enhance business process insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop impactful product features that enhance customer value.
- Manage and support the performance and career development of engineering team members.
- Build and foster an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within the organization.
- Guide the team in making technical decisions regarding feature development, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge expected at staff engineer-level, including experience working with technologies like C and Azure
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Strong communication skills, allowing collaboration across multiple roles and countries
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to help your team
- Experience working with C and Azure technologies
- Mandatory experience in software engineering at a staff engineer level or equivalent
- Experience leading projects and managing people in a technical environment
