Job Description

The Ecosystem Solution Manager at Celonis is responsible for working closely with partners and clients to provide expert advisory services, facilitate digital transformation, and promote the adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence technology through strategic project management, data analysis, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advisory services to partners and end-customers to facilitate digital transformation.
  • Accelerate partner adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph through project support and technical guidance.
  • Perform data transformations, analyses, and develop data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models.
  • Identify strategic use cases, build analyses, and suggest process improvements to generate business value.
  • Lead and advise end-to-end joint projects with major partners, including strategy, analysis, and process optimization.
  • Enable partners to utilize advanced Celonis features such as Business Miner, OCPM, Process Sphere, and Machine Learning.
  • Co-develop joint solutions, platform innovations, and partner apps to promote scalable adoption within the partner ecosystem.
  • Align partner technology roadmaps with Celonis technology and prepare partners to bring new solutions to market.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-Level, to evangelize the Celonis platform.
  • Provide pre-sales support and coaching for strategic lighthouse opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in SQL and other programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives.
  • Deep understanding of business processes such as supply chain, financial services, and IT service management.
  • Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently, and leading planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to technical experts and C-level stakeholders.
  • Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management to generate business value for partners and customers.
  • Experience working with or at large global service integrators such as Accenture, IBM, SAP, Deloitte, or PwC, or experience collaborating with these companies, is a significant plus.
  • Strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
  • Business acumen supporting understanding client needs, identifying value drivers, and delivering strategic, impact-driven recommendations.
