Job Description
A Deal Operations Analysis intern at Celonis is responsible for managing and optimizing the global provisioning process for subscriptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant handling of customer accounts, and identifying improvements to support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global provisioning activities for new and existing subscriptions
- Serve as the point of contact for provisioning-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners
- Review and improve provisioning processes through automation and optimization
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliant and efficient provisioning
- Maintain and update the knowledge hub of provisioning changes and solutions
- Establish and monitor provisioning reporting and controls for management decision-making
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a comparable field.
- Relevant working experience in Consulting, Cloud SaaS Business, Finance, Operations, or comparable fields.
- Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives and projects independently.
- Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
- Detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
