Job Description
An internship role focused on supporting the Customer Experience team by analyzing customer feedback, supporting experience design, and gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process automation, and customer insights to enhance business processes and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Voice of the Customer (VoC) operations by managing customer feedback channels
- Assist in administering survey and feedback platforms such as Qualtrics and Salesforce
- Help identify operational efficiencies through process mining and automation with Celonis
- Conduct data manipulation and organization to prepare data for analysis
- Perform statistical analysis on customer experience data to identify trends and pain points
- Contribute to shaping customer journey experiences and communicate findings
- Create presentations and narratives to translate data insights for stakeholders
- Support team coordination by managing meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items
Requirements
- A recent ongoing university degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and concepts.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with an enjoyment of working with numbers and uncovering the why.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information and present ideas clearly.
- Initial familiarity with data visualization tools or statistical software is a plus, but a desire to master them is essential.
