Job Description
An internship role within the Customer Experience team at Celonis, focusing on supporting voice of the customer programs, data analysis, experience design, and process automation to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and organization of customer feedback channels to ensure Voice of the Customer (VoC) operations run smoothly
- Assist in navigating and supporting the administration of survey and feedback platforms like Qualtrics
- Help manage customer data within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Contribute to process mining and automation efforts to identify operational efficiencies using Celonis tools
- Develop fundamental data analysis and organization skills to transform raw data into insightful formats
- Conduct statistical analysis on customer experience data to identify trends and pain points
- Support the design and communication of customer journey insights and findings
- Assist in creating presentations and narratives to translate data and design concepts for stakeholders
- Support team efficiency by managing meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items
Requirements
- A recent ongoing university degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and concepts.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills; you enjoy working with numbers and uncovering the why.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; you are strong at summarizing complex information and can present ideas clearly.
- Initial familiarity with data visualization tools or statistical software is a plus, but a desire to master them is essential.
