Job Description
The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives for key clients, primarily in the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare industries, by leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence platform to drive business value, foster innovation, and build strong executive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer engagement programs to ensure value realization and adoption of Celonis platform
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align strategic objectives with Celonis solutions
- Drive business transformation initiatives by defining long-term vision and value plans with customers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, meet customer satisfaction, and achieve usage targets
- Mentor and coach customers and team members to increase platform adoption and organizational maturity
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and promote industry-specific innovations
- Act as a customer advocate within the company to align product development with customer needs and feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry.
- MBA degree is strongly preferred.
- Advanced industry expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Health Care, with a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
- Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade stakeholders through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
