Job Description
The role involves leading strategic customer engagements to drive business transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence, managing executive relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of the platform across large organizations, primarily within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer engagement programs to ensure value realization and adoption of Celonis platform
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to align strategic objectives
- Drive business transformation initiatives and process re-engineering projects within customer organizations
- Mentor and coach teams and customers on organizational design and adoption strategies
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather feedback and promote customer advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute value plans and program roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing stakeholders through industry expertise and data-driven insights
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry.
- MBA degree is strongly preferred.
- Advanced industry expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Health Care, with a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.

Base salary range of $173,000 to $233,000 USD (location-based)
