Job Description

The Client Value Partner for Retail at Celonis is responsible for leading data-driven business transformation initiatives with strategic retail clients, managing executive relationships, driving platform adoption, and ensuring customer success through cross-functional collaboration and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic retail clients, ensuring value realization and platform adoption.
  • Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for business transformation using Celonis.
  • Drive measurable business impact by orchestrating cross-functional teams and aligning delivery with customer strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external executives.
  • Mentor and coach team members and internal resources to increase adoption and maturity of customer centers of excellence.
  • Manage escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather insights and promote thought leadership.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Retail industry
  • MBA degree strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations for the Retail sector
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts and confidence
  • Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
