Job Description
The Client Value Partner for Retail at Celonis is responsible for leading data-driven business transformation initiatives with strategic retail clients, managing executive relationships, driving platform adoption, and ensuring customer success through cross-functional collaboration and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic retail clients, ensuring value realization and platform adoption.
- Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for business transformation using Celonis.
- Drive measurable business impact by orchestrating cross-functional teams and aligning delivery with customer strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external executives.
- Mentor and coach team members and internal resources to increase adoption and maturity of customer centers of excellence.
- Manage escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather insights and promote thought leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Retail industry
- MBA degree strongly preferred
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations for the Retail sector
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts and confidence
- Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
