Job Description

A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities, evangelizing the Process Intelligence Platform, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth within designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities within assigned accounts and verticals.
  • Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating its capabilities and value to customers.
  • Use modern tools and strategies to prospect and connect with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Generate sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings and nurturing potential leads for Account Executives.
  • Manage a defined territory by developing new accounts and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define account strategies, promote campaigns, and follow up on leads.
  • Support complex sales cycles by engaging multiple lines of business within enterprise accounts to build support and consensus.

Requirements

  • Have a BA BS from a top university or equivalent.
  • Possess 1-3 Years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization (a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete and exceed targets.
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn.
  • Ability to effectively multithread different lines of business within complex enterprise accounts to build broad support and consensus.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $60,000 USD (location-based)
