Job Description

A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities, evangelizing the Process Intelligence Platform, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities within assigned accounts and verticals
  • Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating its capabilities and value to customers
  • Use modern tools and strategies to prospect and connect with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social channels
  • Generate sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings and expanding customer relationships
  • Own and manage a defined territory, developing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define strategies, promote campaigns, and follow up on leads
  • Support complex sales cycles by engaging multiple lines of business within enterprise accounts to build support and consensus

Requirements

  • Have a BA BS from a top university or equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete and exceed targets
  • Natural curiosity and highly coachable, eager to learn
  • Ability to effectively multithread different lines of business within complex enterprise accounts to build broad support and consensus
  • Willingness to be in-office 3 days per week as part of a hybrid work model

Base salary range of $58,500 - $60,000 USD (location-based)
