Support the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and initiating sales opportunities to help drive company growth and gain experience in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with the sales team on account research and strategic prospecting.
Identify and source key decision-makers within target companies.
Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Participate in the sales cycle to advance sourced opportunities.
Present and report progress to sales leaders to drive growth results.
Requirements
Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
Native or equivalent proficiency in German
Business proficiency in English
At least 6 months of full-time availability for the role
