The role involves business development and capture management to support Celonis's growth in Process Intelligence technology, focusing on driving customer value, fostering innovation, and contributing to a global, collaborative team environment.

Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in capturing new business opportunities.
- The candidate must have the ability to work full-time in a role that is based in Colorado, with a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 USD, and be eligible to work without visa sponsorship, as visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- The candidate must have a solid understanding of process mining technology, AI, data, and business processes, or be willing to quickly learn and adapt to these technologies.
- The candidate must be able to contribute ideas in an open culture with autonomous teams, indicating the need for self-motivation and collaborative skills.
- The candidate must be committed to living the company's core values, including delivering customer value, ownership, and sustainability principles.
- The candidate must be able to work in a global, diverse team environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
- The candidate must be able to handle a full-time schedule and meet the demands of a role that may include travel or remote work as part of hybrid working options.
