Job Description

A Business Development Capture Manager at Celonis is responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging process mining and AI technologies to deliver value to clients and support the company's expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Engage with potential clients to capture new business deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and prospects

Requirements

  • The candidate must have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work full-time in a role based in Colorado, with a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 USD, and be eligible to work without visa sponsorship as it is not offered for this role.
  • The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of process mining technology, AI, data, and business processes, or be willing to learn and develop expertise in these areas.
  • The candidate must be able to contribute ideas in an open culture with autonomous teams and work collaboratively in a global, international environment.
  • The candidate must be committed to the company's core values, including living for customer value, ownership, teamwork, and sustainability.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a hybrid working environment, with flexibility to adapt to different work settings.
  • The candidate must be able to participate in a dedicated learning program and mentorship opportunities to support growth and development.
  • The candidate must be able to handle responsibilities related to business development and client engagement, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
