Job Description
The role involves joining the Celonis Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Technology Consultant, where you will gain hands-on experience in process mining, data analysis, and customer implementation projects to support digital transformation and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for a career in enterprise software through structured learning and hands-on experience in customer projects
- Deploy high-value use cases and perform complex data transformations for analysis
- Collaborate with consultants to develop analyses and conduct KPI calculations within customer solutions
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of Process Intelligence implementations for customers
- Develop Python scripts utilizing Machine Learning Workbench to transmit data to the Process Intelligence Platform
- Create custom enablement plans and train customer analysts and business users on Celonis solutions
- Participate in various customer-facing activities including implementation consulting, technical onboarding, and support
Requirements
- A degree level in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
- Gained first working experience in IT-Consulting or a similar area in the form of an internship.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, AI and Process Mining, with a desire for continuous improvement of know-how.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Availability to start working full time from February 2026 onwards, with the rest of the global cohort.
- Enjoy interacting with various customers and understanding and interpreting business processes.
- Possess analytical skills and have a basic knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages such as R or Matlab.
- Able to think outside the box and seek a steep learning curve to continuously broaden knowledge.
- Proficient in English at a native level, and proficient in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, or Dutch.
