The role involves supporting customer engagements by leveraging AI and process intelligence to solve business challenges, developing innovative solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor, with opportunities for career growth and international collaboration within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the UK Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
- Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the UK region to support customer success
Requirements
- Support the UK Value Engineering team on customer engagements as part of the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- Collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help them achieve their business objectives and AI Strategy.
- Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence, frame a quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Drive change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate and share customer insights feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence and co-develop AI product innovations.
- Create re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to the regional Value Engineering team.
- Travel to the UK region to meet clients in person to ensure the success of customer engagements.
- Hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Possess valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI, and the impact it can have on the world.
- Have at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Have some exposure to process mining principles and completed Celonis Rising Star modules (preferred).
- Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Be confident in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Be willing to travel to the UK region to meet clients in person.
- Be an effective communicator and fluent in English.
