Job Description
A Technology and Management Consultant role focused on supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, with opportunities for career growth through a graduate program in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nordics Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof-of-value projects and present findings to senior executives to drive investment decisions
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and orchestration technology
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the Nordics region to ensure successful customer engagements
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Willingness to travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English and in Finnish, Danish, Swedish or other Nordics language.
