Job Description
This role involves supporting customer engagements by leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence and AI technologies to identify business challenges, develop solutions, and demonstrate value, while collaborating with global teams and traveling within the MENA region to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the MENA Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the MENA region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Willingness to travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- Ability to rapidly develop solutions and pilots using the platform and AI technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support customer engagements, including supporting proof projects, developing AI solutions, and creating re-usable collateral.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute in a high-growth environment.
- Exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules (preferred but not mandatory).
