Job Description

A Technology and Management Consultant at Celonis, primarily as part of the Value Engineering team, supports customer engagements by developing innovative AI-driven process mining solutions, demonstrating value, and building strong client relationships to drive business improvements and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagements by collaborating with clients to identify core business challenges and demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • Execute proof projects, quantify business value, and present findings to senior executives to facilitate investment decisions.
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based technologies.
  • Drive change management and ensure the realization of value and positive return on investment for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business insights.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product development and innovation.
  • Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
  • Travel to regional locations to meet clients and support the success of customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
  • Have a basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
  • Have completed Celonis Rising Star modules or have exposure to process mining principles, indicating eagerness to develop in this field.
  • Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
  • Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
  • Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
  • Be confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
  • Be willing to travel to the regions to meet clients in person.
  • Be an effective communicator in verbal and written French; fluent communication in English is a must.
