Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements as a Value Engineer, leveraging AI and process mining technologies to solve business problems, demonstrate value, and build strong client relationships within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements by collaborating with clients to identify core business challenges and demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Execute proof of concept projects, quantify business value, and present findings to senior executives to facilitate investment decisions.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and orchestration technologies.
- Drive change management and ensure value realization to achieve positive return on investment for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and business acumen, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Travel to regional locations to meet clients in person and support the success of customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willingness to travel to the regions to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills in German.
- Fluency in English.
