Job Description
A Technology and Management Consultant at Celonis, focusing on leveraging AI and process intelligence to solve business challenges, support customer engagements, develop AI solutions, and drive value realization within a dynamic, global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BeNeLux Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve objectives
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and orchestration technology
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the BeNeLux region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can rapidly develop solutions and pilots using our platform and AI technologies.
- Have a passion for technology, data and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Bring at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
- Able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willing to travel to the BeNeLux region to meet clients in person.
- An effective communicator and fluent in Dutch and English, with fluency in French being a strong plus.
