Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements as a Value Engineer, developing AI-driven solutions to business challenges, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, with opportunities for career growth and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BeNeLux Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value and deliver presentations to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor through technical and business expertise
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the BeNeLux region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Willingness to travel to the BeNeLux region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English; fluency in French is a strong plus.
