Job Description
The role involves working as a Value Engineer within Celonis' global team, collaborating with customers to identify business challenges, demonstrate the value of Process Intelligence and AI solutions, and develop tailored prototypes. It offers a 12-month graduate program focused on hands-on learning, mentorship, and career growth in enterprise software and process mining technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Design, prototype, and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence in alignment with customer strategies
- Build and present business cases and value propositions to senior executives to drive investment decisions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor through technical and business expertise
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product innovation
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Value Engineering team
- Travel to the APAC region to meet clients and support customer engagement success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in the field of Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program, as well as work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- Willingness to travel to the APAC region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Korean.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Interest and passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and their impact on the world.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
