Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing deals related to ground lease buy-outs, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and contributing to strategic initiatives within a fast-paced telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline using a consultative approach
- Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closings
- Monitor origination waterfall activity to ensure sales pipeline health and stability
- Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain competitive market positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
