Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing deals related to ground lease buy-outs, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and contributing to strategic initiatives within a fast-paced telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline using a consultative approach
  • Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closings
  • Monitor origination waterfall activity to ensure sales pipeline health and stability
  • Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain competitive market positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
