Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, uncovering business challenges, demonstrating value, and building strong client relationships, with opportunities for career growth and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements by collaborating with clients to identify core business challenges and demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
- Execute proof projects, develop AI solutions, and deliver presentations to senior executives to showcase business value
- Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology tailored to customer needs
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment through value realization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical and business advisor
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the UK region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Willingness to travel to the UK region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
- Passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- Ability to rapidly develop solutions and pilots using the platform and AI technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support customer engagements, including supporting the Growth Value Engineering team and collaborating with customers to uncover core business challenges.
- Ability to execute proof projects, frame business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
- Ability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen.
- Ability to create re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to regional teams.
- Willingness to participate in onboarding and enablement activities, including training on Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation demo skills, discovery objection handling, and value selling.
- Ability to support change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and build relationships with senior management.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
