Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating value to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements and innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements by collaborating with clients to identify core business challenges and demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Execute proof of concept projects, quantify business value, and present findings to senior executives to facilitate investment decisions.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Drive change management and ensure value realization to achieve positive return on investment for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Travel to regional markets to meet clients in person and support the success of customer engagements.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's and or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Have a hunger to learn new technologies and bring at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
- Are able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Are focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Are able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Are confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Are willing to travel to the regions to meet clients in person.
- Effective communicator in Turkish; fluency in English is a must; a third language like French or German is nice to have.
