Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements as an Applied AI Engineer within the Value Engineering team, developing AI solutions, demonstrating their value to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nordics Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business impact, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the Nordics region to support customer success
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Have a hunger to learn new technologies and bring at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
- Able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willing to travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communicator and fluent in English and in Finnish, Danish, Swedish, or other Nordics language.
