Job Description
An Applied AI Engineer at Celonis supports customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions, demonstrating the value of Process Mining technology, and collaborating with clients to address their business challenges through innovative technical and strategic approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nordics Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, develop business cases, and present to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the Nordics region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Have a hunger to learn new technologies and bring at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
- Are able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Are focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Are able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Are confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Are willing to travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person.
- Are an effective communicator and fluent in English and in Finnish, Danish, Swedish or other Nordics language.
