Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements as an Applied AI Engineer within the Value Engineering team, developing AI solutions, demonstrating business value, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive process improvements using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements by collaborating with clients to identify core business challenges and demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Execute proof-of-concept projects, quantify business value, and present findings to senior executives to facilitate investment decisions.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment through value realization initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by acting as a trusted advisor through technical, product, and business expertise.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's and or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Possess at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and or Python.
- Have exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
- Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Be confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Be willing to travel to the regions to meet clients in person.
- Be an effective communicator in French verbal and written. Fluent communication in English is a must.
