Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating value to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements and innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BeNeLux Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the BeNeLux region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English; fluency in French is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel to the BeNeLux region to meet clients in person.
- Passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning.
- Ability to rapidly develop solutions and pilots using the platform and AI technologies.
- Willingness to support customer engagements, including supporting proof projects, framing business value, and delivering presentations to senior executives.
- Ability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Ability to create re-usable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Demonstrated interest or exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
