Associate Account Executive (Top Talent Sales Program - Lunar)

You will gain hands-on experience selling AI-driven business transformation, build relationships with industry leaders across Celonis verticals, including Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, FSI, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, Energy and Public Sector and develop the leadership skills needed to drive real change for enterprise customers.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally at a top-tier management consultancy, a corporate strategy or transformation function, or a leading enterprise technology company.
• A strong academic background in Business Economics, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field. A graduate degree (Master’s, MBA, etc.) from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Demonstrable business acumen, the ability to quickly understand how companies operate, where inefficiencies lie, and how Process Intelligence and AI can create value.
• A strong interest in AI and developing business acumen and learning about business processes and key performance indicators, especially in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity or experience in key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, retail, financial services, telecommunications, or utilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
