Job Description
The Applied AI Consultant at Celonis works directly with customers to design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions using the company's Process Intelligence platform, supporting both presales and post-sales activities to drive AI-driven process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and design AI solutions
- Prototype, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Business Apps Teams to inform product development
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Design and architect end-to-end deployments involving AI and process automation
- Pitch Celonis AI value proposition and align solutions with customer AI strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
- Native French language skills.
