Job Description
The Applied AI Business Value Consultant at Celonis works directly with customers to understand their challenges and design innovative AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, collaborating with engineering teams to develop, standardize, and scale these solutions while driving customer value and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and design AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and align solutions with customer AI strategies
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work directly with customers to understand their problems and design innovative AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.
- Ability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- Ability to identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding offerings.
- Ability to closely collaborate with Product Engineering to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
- Ability to train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions.
